          Suliana Gonzalez is a Latina television entertainer born in Zacatecas, Mexico, where she experienced a very happy childhood.

          At the age of seventeen, Suliana's family moved to Los Angeles, California, where she graduated from Lynwood High School and then studied for two years as a student at Cerritos College, with an interest in international business.

          As she was attending college, Suliana participated in a beauty pageant in Los Angeles and was crowned Miss Zacatecas 1997. That success garnered an invitation to participate in the Miss Mexico beauty pageant and she was crowned Miss Mexico 2000.
